ULTRA series production by Ozen Kompresor are screw compressors which has been proven their quality for years of successful operation. The ULTRA series is characterized as special solution and equipment with maximum performance and benefits.

The ULTRA series includes all the main features of the CORE series plus special features.

The ULTRA has an individual design with a gear system in conjunction with an electric motor and a screw pair. Thanks to a gear drive it recovers losses and achieves maximum efficiency.

For the ULTRA series with Maestro 30 control panels, has been developed a graphical PLC display that supports 13 languages (including Russian). It is easy to use and can control several compressors.

This display allows you to see the amount of electricity conducted, information about the presence of defects, the pressure level and the temperature of the screws at a compression unit. It also has an automatic function for monitoring faults, time to maintenance and many other functions.

More technical information about the equipment

The noise level of the ULTRA compressor does not exceed 80 dB (A) due to the use of specialized materials for soundproofing the body.

At the exit of the radiator is put an automatic steam trap of the cyclone separator. The water in in the air the form of drops is dried 99%. Thus, desiccant receiver is fed by the maximum dry air flow.

In the cooling systems of compressors are used radial fans which provide very effective cooling at any ambient temperature.
